SAMSUNG ML-1665 SPECIFICATIONS:
BUILD AND DESIGN
The Samsung ML-1665 is a single function printer with an ultra-compact design; the ML-1665 is only 7 inches tall and weighs less than 10 pounds. With the stylish black body, folding input and output trays and simple two button control panel, the ML-1665 would look more at home on a kitchen counter than a desk.
In order to print, users will need to flip open the top panel to the reveal 100-sheet output bin. The panel extends to accommodate larger media.
The two button control panel features the Easy Screen Print (ESP) button and the power button along with two LED lights. The ESP button also acts as an ok/enter after a print action or error (running out of paper or flipping a manual duplex).
Pull the lip under the top panel to open the ML-1665 and install the toner cartridge. Samsung offers two toner cartridges: a standard capacity black that yields 700 pages and a high capacity black that yields 1500 pages.
Users will also need to flip down the front panel to access the 150-sheet input bin. The Samsung ML-1665 can hold media ranging from Envelopes to Letter to Legal sized.
The ML-1665 also features a 150 MHz processor with 8 MB of memory and is compatible with the latest operating systems including Windows 7.
All connections are found on the back of the printer. The ML-1665 offers only a hi-speed USB 2.0 connection, so it is not meant to be shared over a network, but rather act as a personal desktop printer.
