Seven Epson products received a 2009 International Forum (iF) Design "Excellence in Design" award on Tuesday.
The Artisan 800, Artisan 700, WorkForce 600, WorkForce 40 and the Stylus Pro GS6000 printers were among the winners of the well-noted award.
According the Epson release, the iF Design "evaluates products against a number of criteria including workmanship, innovation, environmental compatibility, ergonomics, choice of material, design appeal and functionality."
The 2009 competition held in Hannover, Germany included 2,808 products from 39 countries.
The iF Design will announce the winners of the 50 iF gold awards on March 3, 2009.
