Xerox was ranked "best" overall in the Industry Analysts Inc.'s Annual Color End-User Survey for the second year running.
The survey is based on telephone interviews with 100 people who manage the color printers, copiers and multifunction color printers in their respective offices. The questions were on customers' satisfaction in reliability, image quality, operability, functionality, maintenance and overall cost.
Xerox went up against stiff competition including Canon, HP, Ricoh, etc. The President of Industry Analysts, Andy Slawetsky, believes that "the fact that Xerox has come out on top in back-to-back years proves their customers consistently experience a high level of product quality and service."
